Citizens of the world, unite. I love that Dale wore his "Citizen of the world" shirt this past 9/11. I also love what he says--

Let's remember that this is not about one country or another, but about global relationship problems. BIG problems. Revving up "patriotic" engines is part of what throws salt in the wound . . . [Sept 11] was evil. Part of my response is to affirm the interdependence of the world's people.

Yes. In my deepest knowing I see nationalism as grievous to God. I, too, am a citizen of the world.
