Update 21-Oct-2002: Result is something of a mess as displayed in Radio's news aggregator (the JavaScript wedge code is displayed as text, for example). I assume this means activeRendered content ought to stay out of the RSS feed?

I don't think that our new Emperor [Bush] is an evil man. But he has the kind of unquestioning belief in his own virtue that is the richest loam for growing evil. He is simply too weak to possess this kind of power without misusing it. And now we have removed all the Constitutional impediments that might have checked his hubris. We have thrown ourselves on the mercy of a conscience too clear to be reliable.

I find this amazingly insightful.
