Tread lightly on the things of earth

In thinking about names for weblogs -- I chose Tread lightly on the things of earth for my Radio weblog -- I also was reminded of this gem from Pierre Teilhard de Chardin:

The day will come when, after harnessing space, the winds, the tides and gravitation, we shall harness for God the energies of love. And on that day, for the second time in the history of the world, we shall have discovered fire.

As discovering fire aptly depicts my experience of the numinous, I'd like to use it as this weblog's title.

2003-01-31 update: On January 1, 2003, as I made this MT weblog my main one, I brought forward my 2002 Radio weblog's name Tread lightly. Discovering fire is now my learning weblog, but I'm not using it much yet, and I certainly don't intend to commandeer the lovely name.
